Hello Gator Families!
It's hard to believe it is already December! The time is just flying by here at Green Tree.
Reflecting on the year so far, the staff and students deserve a tremendous shout out for all of the hard work to keep our building not only safe, but also engaging! We continue to celebrate our successes from within, and here are a few highlights from this year so far.
Green Tree Fun
Celebrations
We are working towards earning gator grin cards as a school to reach our school goal this month of 1000 cards. We only need 70 more to reach this goal! When we reach our goal, we plan to have a schoolwide popcorn and movie celebration before we leave for winter break! Keep reminding your little superheroes to use their powers to be kind, respectful, responsible, ready, and safe!
Starting next month, teachers will nominate one student each week who demonstrates the skills associated with being kind, respectful, responsible, ready, and safe. We will kick off January with a focus on being kind and celebrating a student in each class each week who shows off the power of kindness. Student names will be announced each Friday, and they will receive a certificate honoring their hard work!
