Green Tree Elementary School Family Updates

 Happy Spring Gator Families!   As April approaches, so does the start of 4th quarter! I want to thank all the parents and guardians who attended conferences this past quarter.  The teachers are always happy to share updates and discuss your child's progress, so please do not hesistate to reach out! This next month will start our schoolwide theme focused on friendship skills. In our morning announcements, we’ll be reminding students to invite others to play, play in fair ways, take responsibility for mistakes by making amends, and how to handle concerns assertively. If you are interested in learning more about the skills taught in our Second Step program, please feel free to reach out to your child's classroom teacher or our school counselor, Mrs. Becker. Hello Gator Families! For such a short month, February really made an impact on our school year. We want to thank you for your continued collaboration with Green Tree this school year. We are heading into the final months of the school year, and we look forward to continuing to maximize learning opportunities for our students.
